Graduation Year Class of 1976
Date of Passing Aug 14, 2014
About Born Dec. 23, 1957, in Norfolk. VA. Passed on to peace on August 14, 2014. Danny was a loving Dad to Conor, Genevieve and Ethan. Further survived by his wife, Adrianna and her daughter Isabella; his parents Dr. Norman and Rosemarie; sister Debra (Mike) Czarnecki, brothers Tony (Jennifer) and Norman Scott (Jeannie). He will also be missed by his children's mother, Gabrielle, and extended family members and friends. Danny was a 1976 graduate of John Marshall High School. Attended UW-Madison for his Bachelor's Degree and Drake University, Des Moines, IA where he received his law degree. Practiced law for 30 years in Scottsdale, AZ where he resided until the time of his death. He enjoyed his work and volunteered pro-bono on many occasions for those who were unable to afford an attorney. Danny was loving and kind to his family. He believed in his children's education and encouraged them to pursue their identity, passions and desires. Extensive travel was part of their education, exposing them to many new and different experiences. A trip home to Wisconsin at Christmas was always a time for him to spend with his family. As for Danny, he was a sports enthusiast and kept close watch on the Badgers (his alma mater), the Bucks, Packers, Brewers, but his greatest love was for ice hockey and was a season ticket holder for The Arizona Coyotes. A close second was his interest for reading whether it be history, government issues and best sellers. He also coached soccer and conducted trial mock classes at a local Scottsdale High School. He kept in close contact with his family through social media. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus and did volunteer work with the St. Vincent de Paul Society in the Scottsdale area. Services and burial for Danny were held in Long Island, NY. A celebration of Danny's life will take place on Saturday, September 27, with a Mass being offered for his intention at 11 am at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 3930 N. 92nd St. in Fr. Sampon Hall (lower level of the church) with a luncheon. If desired, memorials in Danny's name may be given to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. A good man leaves us better for having known and loved him.
