About Me	I was raised by wonderful parents and a special grandmother who always lived with me. After my husband and I seperated, I moved back to my childhood home with my grandmother and we raised my wonderful sons. I have lupus and an amputated leg. I live 4 blocks from my son, Chris, and my beautiful granddaughter, Kate (3/21/2007). I wish I lived closer to my son, Tim and his baby son, Ford. I spend most of my time reading due to an amputated leg. I live in a handicapped apt. near Washington, DC. I have the disease Lupus which I've had since I was 19 (to date 45 operations). My dad had it too. He had both his legs amputated and was a great man & was so courages. He died in his 50's and I still miss him so much. I&#...(read more)
