Currently serving on Active Duty for 22 years on aircraft carriers, FA18 squadrons and Helicopter Squadrons. Completed 4 deployments in the Persian Gulf and 2 deployments in the Mediterranean Sea the past 22 years. Currently on shore duty at Military Sealift Fleet Support Command in Norfolk, VA and will retire in May 2011.

I switched over to the United States Army Reserves in October 1986 to February 2004. I retired as a 91K30 Lab NCO, from the 256th CSH in Cleveland, Ohio.

Navy Photographer's Mate. Photo mapped the Antarctica continent during three years of Operation Deep Freeze. Back seat qualified cameraman on every U.S. Navy fighter jet in the inventory. Served on the White House Film Crew as one of President Carter's personal motion picture cameramen. Did my last three years as an instructor at the U.S. Naval Schools of Photography in Pensacola, Florida.

Bootcamp Paris Island January 4 1995, graduated from Mike Company, 3rd batallion plt. 3069. Went to FREST in Millington, Tennessee, from April to June 1995, then went to Cherry Point N.C. for 'A' School. Went to MCT at Camp Geiger, got stationed at HMLA/167, Floated with the 26th MEU, HMM 264 from Feb-July 1998 aboard the USS Wasp, went to NAS Atlanta in Dec. of 1999-2004. Deployed to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom from October 2003 to March 2004. Now stationed with VMA-214 "Blacksheep" in Yuma, Arizona, deployed for 7 months to the Pacific in support of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. Currently there again for another 7 month deployment.
