About Me	At 37 years old I am the happiest that I have ever been in life. I am surrounded by the best people, family, and friends. My most precious loves in this entire world are my sweet boys Blake-9 and Dylan-6. I am so proud of the little men that they are. Happily married for over 12 years to my supportive and amazing husband Brad of whom I have been with since I was just 17 years old. At 36 years old I found a love of health and fitness and made the crazy decision to become a triathlete. To date having accomplished two sprint triathlons, two half marathons, and numerous 5ks I plan on working toward my fitness goals and competing in as many events as possible. I am a mentor, coach, and leader to many offering industry insight and knowledge to help others achieve their dreams and goals.
