About Me	After graduating from KU in 1999, moved to Texas for four months to do an internship at UT-Arlington in sports information. Came back to Kansas that summer and started grad school at WSU. In July of 2001, moved to Connecticut to do an internship at UConn, which was amazing. I met my future husband there and in July 2002, we moved to Florida, him to Gainesville to work for UF and me to Tampa to work for USF. After 2 1/2 years in Tampa, working in sports information at USF, I left that career track to move to Gainesville to get married. I took a position with a web development firm, 352 Media Group, as a project manager, and have moved up to Director of Development in the 2 1/2 years I have been there. I have also had the pleasure of seeing my husband, Zack, be involved in some of the most exciting college athletic accomplishments as of recent. Since his arrival at UF, the Gators have won two basketball national championships, one football national championship and a Heisman. Zack works directly with the football team, and was on the field as the last seconds ticked away on the game clock in Arizona when the Gators won the 2006 National Championship, and was in New York when Tim Tebow was named t...(read more)
