About Me	I am a husband to a wonderful wife of nearly 14 years and a father to 4 beautiful children. I am an avid runner. My background includes running high school and collegiate cross country and track where I was a 4 year letterman, 2 time league champion, regional champion and 2 time state medalist in High Jump. I love endurance races and have competed in Warrior Dash and Dirty30 with several others planned for 2013. I finished the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon in April. I love to sing, write and play guitar. My favorite foods are Mexican and Italian.
