Enlisted as a cryptologic signals intelligence analyst in 1976. Served 12 years in Germany and Japan. Retired in 1996 as a First Sergeant at the 101st Airborne, Fort Campbell Ky.

Eddie fought in the first Gulf War with his Army Reserve unit, and when he returned to the States, he left the military to be a family man and to attend college. He and his wife Regina "Kim" Robinson (of Marion) then started their family with a set of twin daughters who also attend MSHS. A few years ago he decided to re-enlist in the Army Reserves, and is currently serving in Iraq. If all goes well, he will return in time to see his daughters graduate, and may decide to pursue his Masters Degree.

Served and trained at Lackland AFB San Antonio TX, Sheppard Wichita Falls TX AFB and Carswell AFB Fort Worth TX (Currently navy)

SAC Command worked on B-52s strata-fortress (Nuclear weapons) and KC 135 refueling aircraft. CCI Maintenance division
During the "Cold War" we maintained our nations defense strategic long bombers and refueling aircraft. It was after the US and Vietnam War/conflict. Received and honorable discharge with VA and educational benefits. I was proud to serve and protect America from those that would do us harm. A thank you salute to all our fellow Alumni Service men and women who have served and are currently serving in our armed forces. They are the best in this nation. Thank you alumni for your service.

Retired from the Navy in August 1996 from Naval Air Station Brunswick, Maine. I served on 5 ships, lived in Europe, Guam, as well as in various regions of the United States.

I served in the first Iraq War, Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. I also served in the conflict over Beirut and Lybia.

I currently hold a B.S. in Business Science from New Hampshire College and M.S. in Business Education from University Southern New Hampshire.

Steve Lawrence has been with the military for 29+ years. Joined the United States Army in 1981, spent 10 years on active. He has a little over 19 years with the National Guard. He's been stationed at FT. Knox, KY; Mannheim, Germany (Coleman Barracks); FT. Carson, CO. He was part of the KY National Guard before doing an interstate transfer to the TN National Guard. He deployed to Iraq twice with the 278th ACR (TN. National Guard). 2004-2005 Deployment he was a Tank Platoon Sergeant. His duties included Route clearance, and Convoy Escort. 2009-2010 Deployment he was the night shift Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC) Battle Captain. His duties included tracking convoys, monitoring ground and air status. Collecting all EID Attaches, Small Arms Attaches, Convoy Break Downs, Red Air, and Perimeter Patrol Reports ensuring they were sent to Higher HQ in a timely matter for processing. He is currently training for a deployment to Kuwait (Jan/Feb 2011) were he will work with a Sustainment Brigade as their SPO Plans NCOIC. He is a Master Sergeant, and has received 2 Bronze Star, 3 Army Commendation Medals, 7 Army Achievement Medals, 1 Combat Action Badge, and numerous other Citations/Medals.
