In keeping everyone updated on the progress, we have the following:
1. A Google sign up sheet is active. Ideally, we would like to have a rough count by April 16th. Please see Carry Perry’s post below to sign up for attending.
2. The exact date of Homecoming is October 24th. We will build off the weekend from there.
3. We are still in need of a venue that can hold roughly 1,000 + people during the day with booths for the different graduated classes. Can someone check with the Armory to see what the capacity would be.
4. In handling food, I would like to propose food trucks that can handle meat, vegan, and gluten free options. ( people will be able to pick and choose the quantity, and type of food directly with the food trucks. ) Does anyone know local food trucks?
5. Activities ( family oriented, individually oriented, etc. )
6. Coordination for the Home Coming Parade, Floats, etc.
7. Seating at the game if attending.
8. Brian Walker is taking on the Saturday evening event.
Being this is a multi year reunion, no formal dinner will be needed.
In a previous post, we will figure out a place for Karaoke as well.
If there are costs, it will be determined once the venues have been established.
Any help with the list above is greatly welcomed.
