I travel extensively teaching people about the connection between raw /living food, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. After being sick and partially paralyzed due to lead poisoning and nerve damage for approx 20 years, I healed myself thru cleansing, living foods, meditation, and bringing movement back into my life. I use a variety of healing modalities such as Yoga, Therapeutic Massage and Raw Foods to help people find their passion and bring back their connection to the earth. I found a balance that continues to unlock the power within that I can bring out and hopefully inspire others that I come in contact with.
