About Me	I attended Mohawk Valley Community College were I honed my illustration and design skills to gain a AAS degree in Advertising, Design, and Production. The curriculum was a concentrated version (four years into 2) of the Pratt Institute of Design program. After college, I worked as a Graphic Artist/Technician. Creating everything pre-press, and taught seminars and apprenticeships on photography/prepress. On the job I was exposed to many high cancer causing carcinogen chemicals. The building I worked in did not have proper ventilation and I became very ill. I was diagnosed with Environmental Illness, which severely affected my immune system, and forced her to stop working. My true passion is (non-toxic) oil in the comfort of my 3rd floor studio, where i have completed over 50 pieces. I creates joyful scenes that make you happy, and even laugh. My style is Joyful Realism (with an occasional flare of whimsy). In many of my subjects you will find the faces of my family, pets, and dear friends, each piece holding hints of my life.
