Thomas Michael Milligan, age 67, passed away June 26, 2016 at his home in Tempe, AZ, surrounded by his family. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Charles Vernon Milligan, and mother, Cleo Nora Stolworthy. He is survived by his son, Derek Michael Milligan; grandsons, Cade and Cameron Milligan; sisters, Patty Chandler, Kathy Crowder (Bill); and brother Doug Milligan (Linda) and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11:00am at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Rd, Mesa, AZ
