Peoria Manual in 1917

My Grand Father went to school at Manual and graduated in 1916 or 1917. He served in WWI. Name was F. M. Evans (Frank or Francis Marion). Do you have any history going back this far? Would you like information on him? He ultimately was the Chief of Police for Peoria in the 1950's
