Nancy Orlee Sanderfer, 73, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Avita Health System, Galion. Born February 13, 1948, in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Silas and Naomi Brooks.
Nancy worked for MedCentral Hospital starting in housekeeping and retiring as a receptionist. She was a loving mother and grandmother but was also no nonsense person. Nancy was a terrific roller skater and loved going to garage sales and animals, especially cats and dogs.
She is survived by her companion of 33 years, Clifford Cameron; children, Jon Sanderfer and Carla (Cliffton Sr.) Battle; her grandchildren, Ebony Sanderfer, Ivory Sanderfer, Latoya Griffea, Steven Sanderfer, Cliffton Battle, Jr., Karshawn Battle and Deshanti Battle; a host of great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Ann Brown; and a host of nieces and nephews; and her dear friends, Shirley Cline-Crawford, Louvenia Morris and Lucy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sanderfer; a granddaughter, Erin Sanderfer; and a sister, Juanita..

Family and friends may call from 9:00 -11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield where services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
