After graduation i attended sullivan vo tech for auto mecanics,Got a job with the goodyear store in covington and worked there for 17 yrs,the last 4 years i was there i was the service manager.I was offered a chance to work for hunter enginneering after passing many tests i beat out 12 other people appling for the position.They sent me for training at the hunter enginneering school,where after i passed the course was offered a job as a technical rep.which is a position that only 211 people have in this country.Since 1988 i was working with buddy leonard blacksmithing where after 13 years i was awarded a master blacksmithship.so i left hunter and started working as a blacksmith.I was doing demonstrations and when i was demoing at fort gaines historic site i was offered a resdent position which i took and am still at that position,Ihave been working their for 10 years and am living on dauphin island AL where the fort is located..
