About	Wayne Brian Schneck, 42, Mandan, passed away July 25, 2004, at his home. A memorial service will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, July 29, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Bismarck, with prayers being offered at 6:30 p.m. Wayne was born at St. Bernard's Hospital in Milbank, S.D., on Dec. 31, 1961, to Harold and Rita Schneck. The family moved to Mandan in 1967 and he completed his education within the Mandan school system. He graduated from Mandan Senior High School in 1980. His places of employment have included Braun Intertech, the North Dakota State Highway Department and, most recently, L&H Manufacturing of Mandan. He enjoyed being a kid with, and teasing his nieces and nephew. His fun time included hunting, fishing, camping and jet skiing. He loved animals and his constant canine companion, Guy, spent many happy hours in the passenger seat with his tongue flapping in the wind. The fun, energetic young man that we all loved so much will be sorely missed. Wayne is survived by his parents, Rita (Storm) Schneck and Harold Schneck, both of Mandan; three sisters, Sherry Norbeck, Bismarck, Vicky Rittenbach and her husband, Rodney, Fargo, and Toni Schneck, Mandan; three nieces, Mandy Spencer and her family, Everett, Wash., Dawn Rittenbach, Fargo, and Kimberli Norbeck, Bismarck; one nephew, Kyle Rittenbach, Fargo; and his dear friend, Stephen Braun and his family, McVille, who provided him with so much support when Wayne needed it most.
