About	Johnson, Ward A., Jr. "Bud" age 48, of New Market, MN, formerly of Mandan, No. Dakota, died September 12, 2009, as a result of an ATV accident. Preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents; and his beloved dog, Lucy. He is survived by his parents, Ward & Elizabeth Johnson, Bismarck, No. Dakota; sisters, Penny (Lance) Barker, Peggy (Ed) Fox, Phyllis Johnson, Beth (Darcie) Handt; and brothers, DuWayne (Sara), Robin (Kathryn) and Joseph (Julie). He will be deeply missed by his 13 nieces and nephews, as well as extended family, friends and neighbors and especially his beloved dogs, Ricky and Maggie. He was a loyal employee of Stanley Steamer and The Liquor Store in New Market. Buddy had a life long love of all things mechanical. He loved NASCAR, all auto racing and rebuilt a 1979 Trans Am with a matching custom built trailer. He won many awards for the Trans Am and trailer. He was a member of the Pontiac Car Club. Bud also enjoyed being in the outdoors and spent much time in the woods cutting wood to heat his home through the winter. He was generous to a fault and trusted everyone. He was always available to help out family, friends and co-workers. He pretended to be a crotchety old coot; however, those who knew him know he had a heart of gold as big as Minnesota!
