About Me	After 11 years of residence in an ashram, where service included making meditation available to people in prison, I am living in the local community at large. In the Catskills upstate from NYC, our area is an ethnically diverse universe of humanity in a rural mountain setting. In the community I've worked with at-risk young persons and provided technical assistance to youth programs; most recently I'm just now retiring from case-managing services for frail or disabled elders.
