| About Me | Attended Tilton School as a Post Graduate, Attended Elmira College, played Soccer, Hockey and Lacrosse. Captain of Soccer team Junior and Senior years. Attended Law school at Pace University in White Plains, New York, played hockey and participated in the metro conference. Took and passed New York and Massachusetts Bar Examinations. Married my wife Karen Coyle Dow in 1991; We have two beautiful children Parker Stewart Dow 4/11/93 and Anna Rodgers Dow 7/16/95. My yellow Labrador Retriever named Justice died in 1998. We now have a Maltese named Liberty. I am a Partner in a 6 attorney firm named Kornfeld, Rew, Newnman & Simeone, Esqs in Suffern, New York. I have been with this firm since I graduated from law school. I am a trial attorney and have tried numerous cases to verdict in civil and criminal courts. Most of my cases involve a claim of personal injuries. I am usually on the defense side representing the person or entity being sued. Other Areas of practice are residentail and commercial real estate transactions and I specialize in counseling various Fire Departments in the New York Hudson Valley. I have appeared on attorneys panels and have given lectures and instruction as it relates to New York State law and Fire Department operations . I spend as much time as I can with family and have coached my son's travel hockey team (Ramapo Saints) since he was 5 years old. I regularly attend my children's sprting events.
