Scott Bracher
Class of 1990
After Malverne High School, Scott went on to serve his country by attending the US Naval Academy ('94). Finishing top in his class and attending flight school, LCDR Scott Bracher had an 11 year career as a Navy Pilot and among the top pilot's in the fleet.
A true leader and an inspiration for everyone around him, Scott was lost in a foul weather accident when his plane went down on September 21, 2005.
His positive impact in the lives around him would continue to inspire even after his death. A true American hero, an example on following your dreams while making everyone's life around your richer with his friendship and compassion.
