About	Obituary: Chase, Barry E., 69, went home with the lord on December 11, 2015. He was with family and friends. He fought a difficult 8 month battle with liver disease. Barry loved teaching. He taught 9th and 10th graders in Franklin, MA and at Silver Lake High School in Pembroke. He left teaching and began his work with investments, selling stocks and bonds. He had a career change and went to work in the Trust Dept at Rubin and Rudman for several years. Then he went to work at New York Life for the last several years doing investments and sales again. Barry met his wife in college at Boston State College. They had a good life together. Barry loved the Lord, Jesus Christ and served Him for many years. He was a deacon at Emmanuel Assembly of God for the last 15 years or so. He also loved to travel, having been to Israel, England and the Caribbean several times .Barry worked with the Gideon's for a number of years. He loved the work of the Gideon's and supported them wholeheartedly. Barry is survived by his wife Beverly. He also leaves behind his son, Damon and his wife, Amy as well as his very precious grandchildren, Evelyn, Rose, Morgan, Lynne and Christopher. In addition, he leaves his niece, Diane Kelley of Winthrop and his sister, Sharon Delfino of FL. He was preceded in death by his sister Natalie Blake. Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 18th from 4-7 pm at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Assembly of God, 15 Highland Ave, Onset, MA at 11:00 am on Saturday December 19th.
