The daughter of the late John and Josephine Micalizzi. She graduated from Malden High School 1962. Mary Ann worked as a supervisor for Mama Rosie Ravioli Co. for over 35 years. She enjoyed knitting and her grandchildren. She was also actively involved in supporting Native American businesses. Mary Ann is survived by her sister Dorothy (Sissy) and her husband Paul Crotty, her sons Joseph Micalizzi and his wife Megan, Deano Summers and his wife Janell all of Malden and Christopher Summers and his wife Stacey of Londonderry, NH. Her grandchildren Noelle, Samantha, Ariana, Nicholas, Krista and Jacky along with her Great Granddaughter Faith. Mary Ann had many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Malden Babe Ruth League c/o Robert Rotondi 130 Linden Ave. Malden Ma. 02148. The family of Mary Ann wishes to thank the entire staff at MGH GYN/Oncology. A celebration of her life will be held at the Malden Moose on Thursday January 10, 2013 from 4- 9 pm.
