About	Kay Susan "Suzy" Poster Burton, 64, of Northwood, NH, lost her battle with cancer Wednesday April 13th at Hyder Hospice House in Dover, NH. Born April 30, 1946 in Boston, MA Suzy was the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn Poster. She was predeceased by her husband of 17 years, Kelly Burton, with whom she owned and operated Burton Trucking. She is survived by her sister Myrna "Cookie" Siegel and her husband Howard Siegel of Portsmouth, her niece Cindi Blanchette and her husband Michael Dubois of Portsmouth, her nephews Jay Siegel and his wife Kathy of Portsmouth, and Jeff Siegel of Falmouth, ME, as well as her great nieces and nephews, dear friends and her late husband¹s family in Ohio. Until her diagnosis, Suzy was the beauty salon manager at the JC Penney store in the Newington, NH mall. Suzy was, twice in the past six years, the proud recipient of the "Personal Best Award" which recognized the top ten percent of salon managers with the highest performance levels. She considered her salon team members her family. Prior to working at JC Penney, Suzy owned and operated Images by Suzy. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM on Friday, April, 15th at J Verne Wood Funeral Home-Buckminster Chapel, 84 Broad St. Portsmouth, NH. Burial immediately following in Pine Grove Cemetery in Northwood, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lighthouse Hospice Foundation: 529 Main St, Suite 101 Charlestown, MA 02129.
