About	January 7, 1946 - September 18, 2014 Marjorie Huffman, resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on September 18, 2014 after an extended illness of Ovarian Cancer. Marjorie was born in Malden, MA on January 7, 1946 to Ruben and Marjorie Schaffner Smith. She moved to Mississippi in 1976, with her late husband, James E. Martin, they had two daughters, Jim passed away in 1994. Marjorie later met Ralph "Bo" Huffman and they were married March 25, 1996. Bo passed away in 2011. She was survived by two daughters, Marjorie Martin Lee and Martha Martin (Scott) Smith, and four grandchildren, Andrew Jordan (Megan) Harris, Nathan Cole Harris, Madelyn Martin Lee, and Meredith Colette Lee Marjorie was an active member in many civic and social organizations. She was a member the Martha Rebekah Lodge #29, the Odd Fellow Lodge #42 and the Pascagoula Elks Ladies Auxiliary. Marjorie served in leadership roles on a local, state, and national level always serving faithfully and offering dynamic leadership. She was recognized by all of these organizations with various honors including being crowned Queen of Pascagoula Elk's Lodge Mardi Gras Ball. Marjorie was a member of the Grand Bay First Presbyterian Church where she was active in all phases of the church's life. A Memorial Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Grand Bay On Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to The University of South Alabama Mitchell Cancer Center - Gynecological Cancers Department in honor of Marjorie Huffman.
