WHOLE OVEN ROAST TURKEY ( 10 - 12LBS) - $35
APPLE WOOD SMOKEY TURKEY (10 - 12LBS) - $40
This fully cooked turkey is roasted or smoked and is moist and juicy throughout with a flavor you just can't get any other way.

SPECIALTY SELECTIONS

Rice And Beans - 1/2 PAN: $30, FULL PAN: $50
a classic combination of Southern and Caribbean forte, cooked with a mix of special seasoning blends. (Servings: 1/2 pan: 16 - 20, full pan: 33-35)
4-Cheese Baked Mac & Cheese - 1/2 pan: $30, 1/3 pan: $22
This dish is short, simple and delicious and can be served with a variety of side dishes. (Servings: 1/2 pan: 16 - 20, 1/3 pan: 4-6)
Mashed Potato - 1 Quart: $15, 1 Gallon: $32
Creamy mashed potatoes made with milk, butter, salt and pepper, can only be described as heavenly. (Servings: 1 quart 4-6, 1 gallon 16-20)

Collard Greens - 1/2 pan: $30, 1/3 pan $20 (with Turkey: $35 & $25
Simply tasty, this down-home dish serves as the perfect complement to a full dinner spread. (Servings: 1/2 pan 16 - 20, 1/3 pan 4-6)
Candied Yams - 1/2 pan: $30, 1/3 pan $20
A must have melts in your mouth potatoes with sweet syrup topped with marshmallows is the one dish at Thanksgiving that can never be tinkered with in any way. (Servings: 1/2 pan: 16 - 20, 1/3 pan: 4-6)

PIES ( 2" DEEP DISH) - $15
Apple Pie - orchard fresh apples, super flaky all butter pie crust and plenty of cinnamon makes this everyone's favorite.
Blueberry pie - all you need is a scoop of vanilla ice cream to compliment this mouth watering wild berry pie.
Pecan Pie - the northern version of the southern tradition will have your family asking for seconds.
PIES (2" DEEP DISH) - $12
Pumpkin Pie - pumpkin puree with brown sugar and butter, baked in an all butter flaky pie crust. This pie simply melts in your mouth, not on your plate!
Sweet Potato Pie - caramelized sweet potatoes with brown sugar and butter, baked in an all butter flaky pie crust!
