About Me	Been practicing law in various forms since 1977. Was gainfully employed with the Property & Liability Resource Bureau in Downers Grove, Illinois until 12/31/23. Effective 1/1/24 I finally retired and became a full time gentleman of leisure. Still play the French horn - have been with the West Suburban Concert Band since 1974. From 1993 through 2018 I have made several trips each year to the Czech Republic, one to teach law as part of an annual program sponsored by John Marshall Law School and one or more trips since 2010 to make music. I was a guest conductor with the country's oldest municipal concert band at their annual music festival. At the end of May. 2014 was a very special year - the Koletova Hornicka Hudba celebrated its 150th anniversary with a special concert on April 5, 2014. Four guest conductors were invited to participate - three Czechs and myself, the only American. Two of my photos are from that concert. Quite an honor for an amateur like myself.
