| About Me | Enjoying retirement and being a Grandma! Also love reconnecting with friends from the past! I retired as an Early Childhood Intervention specialist and speech therapist in June, 06. I have also had training and experience with accent reduction with adults and am working on building a client base in that area. Since moving to Carlsbad, I have gotten involved in a wonderful Lutheran church, in the handbell choir, church choir, and directing a children's hand chimes group. In the community I have been volunteering as a tutor in a reading program for elementary grades. It is so wonderful to be near my son and his wife, my granddaughter, and my daughter.
