About Me	I am a martial artist, instructor and school owner, photographer, mom and wife. I am a native Coloradoan who has grown to appreciate all that God has blessed me and my family with. I have a son and a wonderful husband. We love spending time as a family at home, out exploring the wonders of our beautiful state of Colorado, traveling, etc. Professionally, I feel that learning is a never ending process. Even though I graduated from college in 2003, I am constantly educating myself through books, webinars, audio books, etc and have a passion and drive for life and success. I have recently opened up my own martial arts school and teach ITF Taekwon-do, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Conditioning classes.
