Charles (Charlie) Wilson Class of 2009
Passed Jun 28, 2012
Charlie played JV football and ran cross country. He was an Eagle Scout. A member of the turf team he loved to be outside with the guys getting the green and gold paint splattered on his shoes and jeans. He was employed with the Louisa County Emergency Services as a Career firefighter/EMT and died in uniform as the result of an auto accident on his way to work. He is buried at Spring Grove in Mineral. He has been honored by the International Association of Fire Fighters on their Memorial Wall in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The memorial sits in view of Pike's Peak.
Ernest Joseph Silgevinck Jr.
Ernest Joseph Silgevinck Jr. Class of 1976
Passed Nov 07, 2014
Born May 28, 1958 in Charlottesville VA to Ernest Sr. and Mamie Fitzgerald Silgevinck. Ernest also known as "Pro-Stock" in school had an older sister Sandra and a younger sister Emily. He loved his work at Pepsi Cola where he worked up the ranks and was the shop foreman. Worked there 30+ years and never missed a day, to be honest, that is where he passed away at. He left behind, his sisters, three nephews and two nieces and 4 great-nieces. His parents had passed before him. He didn't always see eye to eye with his siblings but they were always there for each other. He was a collector of things... Pepsi items, Monticello Diary items, train stuff, coins and other collections. Not to mention a few dust bunnies.... He is missed by many and I have been told the class reunions are not the same without him there...

Welby Rex Seay
Welby Rex Seay Class of 1989
Passed Jan 05, 2007
For all that knew Rex, he was a fun loving person and never, ever knew a stranger and would always tell a story that was bigger and better than the next. It was the evening of January 5, 2007 that we lost Rex to a tragic automobile accident. It was that same morning that our mother passed away after fighting cancer for over 10 years. As freaky as this may sound, we believe Rex is now in the arms of our mother and our Father, Jesus Christ. There will be no more pain and no more worry for either of them! Rex would have been 36 on October 7, it is through this that we celebrate his short life but we know that he is at peace with "mama".
