| About Me | Did the college thing, worked seasonal for the Forest Service and Park Service through the 70's. Went back to school for technical computer training and finally came back to Los Alamos where I met and eventually married my husband, Don Gettemy, another native "Bomb Brat". Worked at LANL for 18 years, mostly as a photodocumentor and digital graphic artist for the Environmental clean-up and Public Involvement group/division. Retired at 50 and currently teach Hatha Yoga for old fogies like myself and facilitate spiritual study and meditation groups here in Los Alamos. I am also a Reiki energy healing practitioner and love working with alternative self-health practices. Don and I have no children but usually have two or three cats in our family.
