Joined shortly after graduation. Bases of assignment in order; Lackland AFB TX; Rhein Main AB Ger, Scott AFB, Ill, Birkenfeld AS, Ger, Rhein Main AB, Ger, Cheyenne Mountain (NORAD) Co, Clark AB, PI, Andrews AFB, MD and finally Sunnyvale AFS, Ca. Retired in August of 1980 as a Chief Master Sergeant.
Enjoyed most every minute of it.
