RICHARD CARL COMPTON, 64, of Houston, TX, passed September 15, 2007 after a brief illness. He is survived by his children, Lori Compton of Atlanta, GA; his sons, James and John Compton of Atlanta, GA and Richard Compton, Jr, of Houston, TX; his sister, Linda Maxey of Dallas, TX; and brother, James Compton of midland, TX; mother, Charlotte Compton of Dallas, TX; two nieces, one nephew, one granddaughter, one grandnephew and a host of other devoted family and friends. A Memorial Service was held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Houston, Tx., with Rev. Mark Klein officiating.
