After growing up and spending the first 22 years of my life on Long Island, NY, I moved to Central Florida in 2007. My passion for politics grew once I became a father and it snowballed from there. I have a communications and media degree and have written and directed 4 short films as well as acting and editing them. I am currently employed at Examiner.com, covering local and national news and politics. I am an avid sports fan, whether its basketball, baseball, football or hockey, I love watching great competition. To bad I always cheer for teams that lose. I also love horror films and documentaries (I have over 300 horror movies on DVD). My guilty pleasure is a wrestling fan, since I was 4 years old I have always been sucked in by a world where fantasy met reality.
