Apr 69-Nov 72: drafted in Apr '69, a year later received an Infantry commission then rotor-wing flight school. Served a tour in Viet Nam flying Hueys out of Camp Holloway in the cental highlands. This was my "office", an H-model, primarily setup for night missions. One thing I quickly learned in country about the Huey, you were not going to sneak up on anybody... On a positive note, free fuel... Thanks to all our veterans for their service.

I was drafted in 1967 and went to Vietnam where I was a Prop & Rotor aircraft repairman. When I got out, I went to work as a new car dealership Sunset Chevy, Olds, American motors parts dept. counterman. I worked as a parts dept. manager for 42 years mainly in the central coast area dealerships. Obviously there have been some major life changes for me as I have been Maureen Fuller now for about 42 years. I was Fortunate that I was able to transition while still maintaining my professional integrity and demeanor. I have been a parts manager for most car lines including Chevy, Olds Cadilac, Buick, Pontiac, Medium and Heavy Chevy trucks, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram Trucks and Jeep, Honda, Nissan, Fiat, Alfa-Romao, Volvo, Kia, Subaru, Set up the El Camino Store in Santa Barbara for Golden State Pickup Parts Co.amoung many others that I can't remember at the moment. LOL Many for you may remember that I played the organ back in the day....and still do. I have been vary blessed in life by never seeming to be without an organ to play. I now live in southwest Utah and have been able to play the organs on Temple Square in Salt Lake City along wirth many others. I'll try to include a pic or two if I can figure out how. I have a facebook page with many more pics, if you're interested.
