Donald Hedman Obituary

Don was my best friend, starting in high school. He became all but adopted by my father and got to drive our cars, since I had not gotten my license yet. We did a lot together and he was like my brother. When he got married, I played for his and Evie's wedding, an she played for my second wedding, un turn. She talked me into playing for Trinity Nazarene Church, in Lompoc, while Don handled the audio and sound system there. Those were great memories for me. They moved to Florida, and I lost track of them until Don's younger brother, David told me that Don had passed away. I kept my sorrow hiden but Don was often on my mind. David became my best friend afterwards and we just picked up, from where Don and I had left off, although I never shared that with David. It was as if Don was still there with David and I, doing many of the same things, as Don and I did. David also passed, way too soon, and while we had a falling out, he was still my close friend, even though I was never able to share that with David. They are both, very missed and remembered as my two best friends, ever. They are missed greatly. Maureen
