About Me	I was a Director Of Residential Services for the ARC of Orleans County, where I established and developed their residential programs. I completed my Masters in Social Work, then became a Director of a Foster Care Program in Lockport, and basically developed their first program site in WNY, and ultimately expanded into Buffalo. I became a consultant/trainer for agencies that worked with foster care and at risk youth. I establisehd and now own a private practice offering mental health counseling to individuals and families.
