International exchange

The CIEE USA High School program, a non-profit organization, sponsors international high school students from more than 55 nationalities to attend school and live with American host families each year.

We are in need of a host famils for several students arriving NY in August. If you would be willing to help or would like to know more please contact kfox@ciee.org or 866-509-4861.

Here are a couple of the students we are seeking hosts for:

XPL13077 - Boy. Jacob is a 16 year old boy from Germany. "I take drama lesson in an acting school once a week and I am also in the Drama Club at my school." "Acting with other people is more exciting than acting along because you get new ideas and new ways to act different emotions." Here he would like to try playing American football. Jacob enjoys many differnt sports including bicycling, swimming, soccer, and working out in the gym with his father.

FSL13026R1 - Girl. Casilda is a 16 year old girl from Spain. "I like sports especially padel and football." In addition to playing sports, she likes to watch football with her family, go to the movies with her friends, dance, and jump on her trampoline. Casilda also loves to cook try new recipes and has learned from her grandmothers, who are both accomplished cooks. She is excited to meet her new family, experience new things, and learn a lot from her exchange experience.
