WENT FROM LOCKNEY TO WEST POINT AND GRADUATED IN 1962. WAS COMMISSIONED A 2D LT OF INFANTRY. BECAME A PARATROOPER AND ARMY RANGER AND SERVED 2 TOURS IN VIETNAM. WOUNDED TWICE AND AWARDED THE SILVER STAR, BRONZE STAR AND AIR MEDAL FOR VALOR. CONTINUED TO SERVE FOR 34 YEARS RETIRING AS A TWO STAR GENERAL. COMMANDED THE ARMY MISSILE COMMAND DURING DESERT STORM HITTING ALL SCUD MISSILES FIRED AGAINST US FORCES AND BRINGING STEEL RAIN AGAINST ALL ENEMY FORCES. WON THE WAR IN 100 HOURS. WHAT'S WRONG WITH OUR POLITICIANS NOw???
