About	Cindy attended Fifth Street Elementary School, East Avenue Jr High, and Livermore High School, graduating with the class of 1976. She married Alex Hernandez on May 8, 1976. They have four boys: Alex Jr., 25; Sunny, 24; James, 20; and Michael, 16 (at the ages they will be in the year 2001). And they have four grandchildren: Alex Jr. has three children, Antonio, Alex Jr., and Destiny; Sunny has one son, who is also named Sunny. Cindy passed away on October 24, 1998 from internal injuries following a car accident. Cindy's father Jerry Authier passed away on Sept.13, 1996 from cancer. Cindy is greatly missed and loved by her mother Frieda Authier of Livermore, sisters, Linda Agudo of Lemoore, Vickie Charbonneau of Livermore, brothers, Scott Authier of Coalinga, Kerry Authier of Reno. We all have such fond memories of growing up together, for a short time in South Dakota and moving to Livermore in 1965. We always had great family vacations and holidays. All the neighbors, adults and children on Maderia Way would always participate in the open field behind our house playing kick the can and hide and seek when the weeds would grow over our heads. We all had a wonderful childhood with our mom always being there after school with baked goods for every one. Boys would follow us home because they knew they would get cookies and milk.
