About Me	Since high school I pulled a reverse Jed Clampett and moved to Texas. I came back for a brief 2 year stay after I graduated from college, but then made the permanent move to Texas. I've been here now for 9 years and have never looked back. Although I do miss being there, especially during the fall. Purely by accident I got into education. I worked as a behavior therapist and consult for few years and began to build some good relationships with local educators. A friend of mine convinced to come work with kids with Autism, emotional, and behavioral disorders. I really enjoyed teaching and perfecting my craft in the classroom. Soon I became a mentor for other teachers and administration was just a next logical step. Last December I got my M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and have been working as an Instructional Specialist in a program for kids with Emotional and Behavior disorders.
