About	Malissa K. Davis, 78, of Bethlehem Township, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2022. Born in San Antonio, Texas on September 28, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Irvin and Charlene (Mclarty) Davis. She graduated from Littleton High School in Colorado and later earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado College. During her professional career, she was an estimator for major engineering firms. Malissa was commissioner of Bethlehem Township for seven years; a position she held with great pride. She loved the arts and in her younger years she danced ballet. When her granddaughter started ballet, she took the senior ballet classes. Most recently, Malissa took up painting as her artistic hobby. She also liked to collect antiques. Malissa was a kind person who would help people and animals alike. She spent her time helping with cat rescues with the Center for Animal Health and Welfare; helped various democratic candidates canvass; and as a 2-time cancer survivor herself, she would drive cancer patients to their appointments when they needed it. She is survived by her son, Sky Davis and his wife, Laura of Palmer Township; and granddaughter, Cassidy Davis.
