Frank John Duggan, age 79 of Brick, passed away on October 12, 2023 at Ocean Univesity Medical Center from complications related to COVID. Frank was born in Plainfield, NJ, grew up in Linden, NJ and lived in Bordentown, NJ and Rocky Hill, CT before moving to Brick, NJ six years ago.

Frank enjoyed a successful career as a mechanical engineer before retiring as Director of Environmental Health and Safety for Radio Frequency Systems. Frank was a respected engineer and was fortunate to make multiple trips to Asia and South America as part of his work.

A dedicated volunteer, Frank served as a volunteer firefighter for the Bordentown Fire Department, worked with Angel's Wings in Trenton, mentored students for First Tech Challenge, and performed with the Lambertville Drum and Bugle Corps.

Frank enjoyed spending time with extended family and friends, fishing, music, and caring for others.

Frank was predeceased by his parents Frank and Marie Duggan and is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Linda Duggan (nee Morris), son, Brian J. Duggan, daughter, Stacy L. Brady (née Duggan), husband David, stepson, Joseph Darmofal, wife Jennifer, his stepdaughter, Amy Lynn Samulenas (née Darmofal), husband Brent, sister, Jacquie Napurano, husband Joe, his loving grandchildren, Ally Claire Duggan, Carson Duggan, Liam Brady, Christa Marie Darmofal, Skyler Anne, Cooper Sky Maki, and Marley Anne Maki.

In addition, Frank leaves behind numerous cousins, brothers and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a wonderful community of friends at Seaview Village.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the ICU team at Ocean University Medical Center for their dedicated care to Frank in his final days.
