Bill Kelly was a force of nature and football was his strength. His mischievous grin and crazy nature were his trademark. Bill worked as a pipefitter for over 40 years for Local 597 rising to Master Mechanic over all the trades at the Water Reclamation District. Bill and his wife Louise had 3 children; Tracy, William and Colleen who blessed them with seven grandchildren.

It's crazy I was just thinking of Bill the other day. I wish I had tried to find him before he passed. We were football teammates and hung out for a number of years after high school. RIP bill your buddy Russ Wick
