About	When he wasn't on his hall-guard post, David was literally running for the Lindblom Track Team and playing Frosh-Soph and Varsity Football. He loved sports and was proud to be on both teams. After Lindblom, Dave served with the US Marines in Viet Nam. In 1969, he went to work for AT&T and stayed for 40 years, many of them as a manager in the PBX commercial division. With his wife, Linda, Dave raised four children in the south suburbs: Jessica, David, Kathy and Patrick who gave him three terrific grandchildren.
