I was so happy to see everyone at the 40th reunion. It was a bigger turn out than the planning committee could have imagined. As I mentioned at the reunion, we never know what the final attendance will be, so it is difficult to budget for an event like this, but I am happy to say that because attendance was so high, we were able to pay all of our bills, and had $804 left over. At our follow up meeting, the committee decided to donate the extra money to the Lindbergh Foundation so that a scholarship could be awarded to a graduating senior in honor of the class of 1983. We are providing everyone with the opportunity to make an additional contribution to this scholarship fund if you so desire. Here is the donation link: http://weblink.donorperfect.com/LHS83 . You can also write a check made to the Lindbergh Schools foundation and mail it to Erica Keating
at 9350 Sappington Rd, 63128. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior based on criteria established by the Lindbergh Alumni Association on Wednesday, April 3 at the Scholarship Awards Night Ceremony. Donations must be made by October 1. Thanks for considering! On another note, Lindergh’s Homecoming Game this year will be on Friday, September 29, and admission is free for all alumni.
Let’s go Flyers!

What a night! We had a tremendous crowd Saturday evening. I was so happy see so many alumni and those that came from out of town. I tried to say "Hi" to everyone, but I noticed many people that were pictured that I fell short of my goal. I trust everyone had a good night and some new friends might have been created and old friendship rekindled. I know many of you took many pictures and I took some. I thought I would share the few that I have.

We had a great turnout this morning for our 1983 Lindbergh High School tour. We had over 40 alumni and many families members too. It was great seeing so many familiar faces.

I am very happy to say that we have 135 people who have signed up to our event and keeps growing everyday. This surpasses attendance at our 30th reunion! Prior to entering the venue, please stop at the check in table to get your name tag, t-shirt (if purchased) and to share your contact information for future reunions. Each paid attendee will also receive a wristband to wear throughout the evening. This will ensure that you get free drinks at the bar, so be sure to wear it! I want to thank all the hard work of the other committee members who have been a big part of putting this all together. Don Leonard, Dave Ebert, Martin Kramer, Cheryl Wingbermuehle Wilcutt, Verna Blackwood Green, Dawn Hill, Gary Kaetzel, Sandy Epstein Shrader and John Foy. It's been over a year in the making and we have put in many hours of committee meetings and meeting with a variety of people to finalize our venue to get us the biggest bang for our buck. Additionally, committee members spent time dedicated to the many facebook and Lindbergh site messages and networking that have reached the majority of you attending our 40th reunion. It has been fun planning these last two reunions, but I believe this will be my last one organizing it. We have many talented alumni including our great committee members who I believe would do a great job in planning our, dare I say it, 45th reunion? Anyway, it has been fun, and I believe we will have a great night celebrating and catching up with some old and possibly walking away with some new friends. See you Saturday the 22nd! Ciao!
