Curry, Diana Jo (Thompson), 69, beloved mom to many, grandma, sister and friend, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015. She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to Eugene Joseph Thompson and Helen Jean (Miller) Thompson. On February 26, 1972, she married the love of her life, Douglas W. Curry. She loved Christ and served others with His love. She currently was a member of South Joplin Christian Church yet was a long-time active servant in many churches' youth ministries. She also was an actress with the “Stained Glass Theater” in Joplin, Missouri and most recently worked as a secretary at The Touch Up Shop in Joplin, Missouri. Diana is survived by her children Devin (Susy) Curry, Dustin (Cyndee) Curry, Darrin (Heather) Curry, Darci (Brandon) Folster, Dandi (Armand) Alacbay, Dia Curry (Whitlee Allen), Dayne Curry and Robin Curry; grandchildren, Devin Douglas Curry, Catherine Curry, Caanan Curry, Hadley Curry, Stasi Baker, Gillian Toland, Matthew Toland, Mackenzie Curry, Brittany Jo Curry, Delaney Curry, Carter Curry, Caeden Curry, Camryn Curry, Ashton Folster, Jailyn Folster, Taryn Folster, Zavian Folster, Remington Folster, Darby Skiles and Keegan Skiles; siblings Dan Thompson, Daryl Thompson and Priscilla Jamison; her cats Satine and Sophie; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Douglas Curry, M.D., her parents Eugene and Helen Thompson.
