Carol earlier worked in customer service for Miller and Paine and as a food service employee for Lincoln General Hospital. She was also a cook at Harper Schramm Smith dorm on UNL campus. In Indiana, she worked in food service at Crystal Manor. Survivors were sons Kevin and Patrick of Union City and daughter Kelly Delgado of Lubbock, TX
