Favorite School Memory	My favorite memory involved going out for lunch and running into 3 teachers who were also dining out. Mr Shrank was waiting when my friends and I returned. About Me	I had no direction after high school. I went to a year of college at Augustana and found the only thing I wanted out of college was me. The next fall I went to basic training for the Air National Guard and as a result fulfilled a six year contract with them. During that time I still was unsure of what I wanted. In the fall of 1984 I went to barber school and later took up practice at my Father's shop. I continue to own and run Earl's Barbers. Since, I have found a career with the Sioux Falls Fire and Rescue. It is very rewarding I am a Firefighter and enjoy the military aspects of FF life and being able to serve the community.
