About	Carolee was married to Gene Koehler (deceased 2014) for 47 years. They had two great children, Suzanne (45) and James (47), and two grandchildren, Henry (13) and Luciana (10). Carolee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Art and Journalism in 1985 from Metro State University in Denver, Colorado. She was a respected and prolific artist in the Denver area from then until 2009. She and her husband left Denver in 2010 to live in Phoenix near their son. Carolee suffered with dementia from 2010 until her death in 2016. She is missed.
