About Me	It's been a long journey from Lincoln to the present. The Lincoln area changed so much in my lifetime that I felt compelled to seek another way of life in 2000. Both of my parents had died and there was nothing holding me to California. We sold our place in Lincoln after retiring. We bought a farm in Missouri, moving our cattle, horses and sheep there in 2001. Life on the farm was good except in only keeps you really busy for a weeks of the year. Summers are spent growing hay, judging a few livestock shows with an occasional auction thrown in. "Retirement" sort of sucks if you're not ready. Put my resume out there in "cyberspace" and soon it was back to work fulltime. Working and not having the farm is what took me towards motorcycle and car restoration to fill the time. Cars and bike may seem silly for a "farm boy" but you don't have to go out in the snow to feed them.
