Can you help me find "Miss Winnie?"

We had an art/dance teacher who would come for after school time. She had us call her Miss Winnie. So, I don't know her full name. I know that's not much to go on. She'd play records and have us skip along to "Let's Go Fly a Kite" and she did a comical dance performance to "The Cockeyed Mayor of Kaunakakai." Does this ring any bells? Do you know her full name? I truly appreciate any help. I want to thank this lady -- and I hope I am not too late.
